Fall has arrived at Snowbasin, and it shows. Mountainside foliage is turning orange, red, and yellow, and crisp mornings are giving way to comfortable afternoons in the low 60s under mostly sunny skies. Enjoy the views with a gondola ride up to Sunset Social this Thursday, September 17th from 5pm to 9pm, featuring Don Fulano as our drink partner and live music from Megan Blue Band.
SnowWiesn Oktoberfest keeps the fall spirit going Saturday and Sunday, September 19th and 20th, from 12pm to 6pm, complete with steins, live music, and the changing leaves as your backdrop.
Saturday's festivities kick off with our first-ever Basin Cup Youth Downhill Race, a timed race in the Bike Park powered by SCOTT for riders 12 and under. Both days also bring a dunk tank to the base area, where you can line up your best shot at dunking Snowbasin staff.
Please Note: This Saturday, September 20th, Roll Out & Scratch That trails in the Bike Park will be closed for the Basin Cup Youth Downhill Race. Squirrel and Ridge Trail will remain open.
Cap off the weekend with Mountain-Top Brunch at Needles Lodge on Sunday, with seating from 10am to 2:30pm. Make your reservation here and enjoy the scenic ride up to 8,700 feet.
